Surprisingly, some working from home parents of young children may recognize Harry and Meghan’s everyday routine.
“Our offices are joint. As most people began to do during lockdown, we work from home,’ she told Variety. It enables us to spend a lot of time with our children at this incredibly important stage in their lives. We won’t be able to get this time back.
Archie, age 3, and Lilibet, age 1, are Meghan and Harry’s two children. Her late great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth inspired the name Lilibet.
Meghan claimed that after preparing breakfast, she and Harry get the children ready for the day.

Meghan described her and Harry’s method of working in an interview with Variety. “We do a lot of joint conversations and Zooms, but we also try to divide what we can focus our efforts on so we can accomplish even more,” Meghan said.
She mentioned that Harry works with many people who aren’t in the same time zone as him and that he is “really good at reacting on text.”
She told Variety, “I try to respond to email as quickly as I can.” I’ve always advised doing something right away if it will just take a few minutes.
Additionally, Meghan said that she and Harry don’t have informal work-from-home snacks. Instead, they sometimes travel an hour to the nearest In-N-Out for lunch and devour chocolate-chip cookies “the size of my toddler’s head.”
“In-N-Out is a favorite of my husband’s.” There is one midway between Los Angeles and our region, Meghan added. It’s a lot of fun to surprise them by going through the drive-through. They are aware of our order.
