Biden urges Pennsylvanians to support Fetterman over GOP candidate Dr. Oz because “the world is looking”

When visiting Pennsylvania on Thursday, President Biden advised citizens to support Democratic Senate candidate John Fetterman over Dr. Mehmet Oz, a Republican, because “the rest of the world is looking.”

Biden said the results of the election might significantly alter U.S. policy in an effort to persuade voters to cast ballots in what is anticipated to be a close race that could determine the composition of the majority of the U.S. Senate.

Biden suggested that a Republican majority would prevent him from sending billions of dollars to Ukraine amid its conflict with Russia, citing recent remarks from House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.

At a fundraiser in Philadelphia, Biden stated, “They suggested that if they win, they’re not inclined to pay, to continue funding Ukraine.” They don’t get it, these men. It’s considerably larger than Ukraine. East Europe is involved. NATO does it. It has very serious, significant, and lasting effects.

DR. OZ BLAMES FETTERMAN FOR “SHAMEFUL” DEMOCRATIC POLICIES POWERING HOMELESSNESS, DRUG USE, AND CRIME

The rest of the world is also watching this election, he continued. There are both good and terrible people out there waiting to see what will happen. We must triumph. John must triumph.

The president’s trip takes place in the midst of a contentious contest for lieutenant governor in Pennsylvania, where voters have the choice between the incumbent and a Trump-backed Republican outsider.

Former President Trump supported Oz’s bid earlier this year during the state’s Republican primary. Additionally, Oz’s formerly 10-point deficit has been reduced by the endorsement to just under three points, which is within the margin of error for most surveys.

Additionally, Biden attacked Oz, referring to him as “a fantastic example” of a congressman who is committed to Trump and what the president refers to as a “MAGA Republican.”

BIDEN PROJECTIONS “GREAT, GREAT LADY IN THE SENATE” ISELE FETTERMAN

Due to the close campaign, the two contenders have traded insults, with Oz criticizing Fetterman’s health after his stroke during the Democratic primary. To this, Fetterman’s team has consistently asserted that Oz is from New Jersey and not the state for which he is running.

‘Occasionally I’ll miss a word, or occasionally I’ll mush two words together,’ Fetterman admitted. Dr. Oz makes sure I never forget I had a stroke. I’ll feel lot better in January. However, Dr. Oz will still be a con man.

Biden was accompanied by Fetterman and his wife Gisele during a tour of the Fern Hollow Bridge in Pittsburgh, and they later went with him to a Primanti Bros. sandwich shop in the neighborhood of Moon Township, where the president assured reporters that Democrats would keep control of the Senate despite the predictions of many political experts to the contrary.

It won’t be over until it’s over, according to Biden.
